James Waller brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in structural design. Jump to MPC James E. Waller, P.E. Jim Waller has been president of James E. Waller, Consulting Engineer since 1974. Prior to designing the BlastCubicle (TM), he designed numerous structures for blast containment, impact resistance, seismic and extreme wind events, and has developed and patented several inventions providing this protection. He has been a registered structural engineer since 1968. He is a 1958 graduate of the United States Military Academy, and received his MSCE degree from the University of Miami in 1969. We have Salvagnini punching and forming centers, turret punches, CNC press brakes, lasers, punch and draw presses up to 400 ton capacity, robot welders, laser coordinate measuring machine, our own powder coating line, and our own fleet of trucks.
